For those who may be confused, all the challenges from December of the previous year until November of the current year become part of the Fan Fic Nation Awards with the Semi-Final round of voting (a.k.a. first round of voting).

The 2012 Fan Fic Nation awards opened Saturday. The round - nominations - will end December 23rd giving you all a month to get in your nominations for all 39 categories. A few categories will removed this year, while a few more were added. Other than the category changes, nothing has really changed. The dates and and length for each round are pretty much the same.
